INGREDIENTS IN COV-RID HIGH-LEVEL DISINFECTANT
All the ingredients in COV-RID Products have been selected based on not only their disinfecting properties but also on their known use with a proven history of being safe when coming into contact with skin.
The Quaternary ammonium compounds used in the HLD have been safely used in the food industry for many decades. All the individual ingredients included in COV-RID products have been specifically chosen because they have high safety profiles.
All COV-RID products have been EN 14476 tested and found to be effective against all enveloped
viruses thus including COVID-19.
COV-RID Products are free of flammable solvents, halides, and phenols.

THERMAL FOGGING
Thermal fogging does not leave behind any wet residue, thermal fogging is warm and dry. You will not need to wipe down any surfaces post fogging. The fogged area is clean and disinfected and ready to use post fogging.

COV-RID High-Level Disinfectant has been tested to EN14476, EN13697, and EN1650. COV-RID HLD has been found to be effective against all enveloped viruses, including COVID-19.

The thermal fogging process has been designed to be simple and quick. A fogging machine will only take a few minutes to heat up then you can start fogging. Thermal fogging enables you to disinfect large areas in a significantly shorter period of time compared with traditional methods.
EASY TO USE
There are lots of complicated ways to disinfect, however with COV-RID we have made it simple and easy. You simply fog the room leave it for the set time and then return to a disinfected area that you can use immediately. There is no requirement to wipe down anything post fogging.

Atomising Spray/Cold Fogging
Atomizing sprays (cold foggers) are when a compressor supplies air under pressure via an air hose to a spray gun, which atomizes the liquid to produce a fine spray that is projected. This is a directional spray only landing on what is it pointed towards. You will also hear the atomizing sprayers called Cold Foggers.
The atomizing spray/cold fogger traditionally requires areas to be wiped down post use as they can leave a damp residue behind.
Cold foggers/atomizing sprays can pose a danger to electrical items due to the damp residue they emit.
Thermal Fogging
COV-RID High-Level Disinfectant is heated to form a warm fog. The unique nature of the thermal fog means it naturally spreads to cover 100% of the exposed areas. This enables COV-RID High-Level Disinfectant to disinfect 99.99% of exposed areas.
Thermal fogging produces no wet residue, the warm fog naturally disinfects the virus and bacteria on contact and then dissipates. This means you do not need to wipe down any areas post fogging.

ALLOW THE HIGH LEVEL DISINFECTANT TO DISSIPATE IN THE AREA
Wait for the fog to dissipate and activate on the surfaces, killing the bacteria and viruses

SAFE TO ENTER THE FOGGED AREA
Remove the tamper-evident seal and enter the area with the knowledge that the area has not been entered since being disinfected. The area is now disinfected and is safe to use

Consumers believe that the areas they are entering have been cleaned and disinfected to the standard that you tell them. However, they are concerned that the area could have had human interaction since the cleaning of the area and subsequently potentially contaminated with COVID.
The COV-RID Tamper Evident Door Seal has been specifically developed to take away these concerns.
Simple to use, the label is applied to the door after fogging with the time written when the area was fogged and the time when the area is safe to enter written on the door seal. The seal has been specially designed to show OPEN VOID if it is has been removed or tampered with.

EXAMPLE OF CAR FOGGED WITH COV-RID HLD
Stage 1
The car below is 4m³ so was fogged with 4ml of COV-RID HLD Solution. It took under 1 min to fill the car with fog. The car was fogged via the driver’s door and car boot. This allowed for an even distribution of fog throughout the car.
Stage 2
The car door was shut and tamper-evident door seal was applied. With the air conditioning still running the fog began to quickly spread around the entire car including the air conditioning unit. You can see the thickness of the fog in the car after being fogged with only 4ml.
Stage 3
The fog took only a matter of minutes to fully dissipate. The car is now clean and disinfected. It requires no wiping down as the fog leaves behind no residue. The tamper-evident door seal is intact showing the car has not been entered since fogging.

The COV-RID Tamper Evident Door Seal has been specifically developed to take away these concerns. Simple to use, the label is applied to the door after fogging with the time when the car/area was cleaned and fogged and the time when the car/area is safe to enter written on the door seal. The seal has been specially designed to show OPEN VOID if it is has been removed.
These tamper evident door seals can be applied to many other points of entry. The adhesive used to adhere the seal to the door or wall is designed to not leave behind any residue and marks and cause no damage.
